Economist, Auditor and Accounting Expert, Consultant
Graduated from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences in 1974, two years later he obtained a post-gradual diploma in economic analysis, then later became an expert of international finance and commerce. Ferenc is a certified auditor, specialised in the area of insurance, bank and investment.
Between 1999 and 2006 he served as General Manager of KPMG in Hungary, with his team servicing clients like MFB (Hungarian Development Bank), Magyar Posta Zrt., Szerencsejáték Zrt., METRO, and Rába Járműipari Holding Nyrt. As an accounting and audit consultant, Ferenc had also been supporting the development of Waberer’s group.
Earlier he did work for IBUSZ, the Hungarian National travel agency, and as well as, for Arthur Andersen in Vienna.
Ferenc – for over 20 years – served as Vice President of the Chamber of Hungarian Auditors (MKK), being responsible for the Chamber’s international relations. He is still an active member of the MKK. As a member of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC, New York) for over 10 years, he had been supporting the committees responsible for developing countries, and ethics & compliance for membership requirements.
He is the honorary Lecturer of the Budapest University of Economics. An honouree of “Bartók András Nagy Lifetime Achievement Award” of the Hungarian Chamber of Auditors, as a recognition for his rich career and lifetime achievements.
Ferenc is a shareholder of MedAlliance Holding Zrt.
