Important things to know and frequently asked questions
The arrival of a new family member is a big event in every parent's life. It is natural that we want to do everything well and want the best for our unborn child. We can only say that this is a subjective endeavor, everyone thinks it is good and everyone wants to do it differently. This is normal. TritonLife Róbert Private Hospital would like to support expectant mothers in realizing their own desires. We provide the support with which individual ideas and facts based on experience can complement each other to create the most comfortable and safest environment for the birth of the baby.
How can I give birth to my child at TritonLife Róbert Private Hospital?
If you trust us from the first moments of pregnancy, you will have a lot of information by the time the birth takes place. However, there are still questions that we forget to ask our doctor, as we are distracted by the fact that our little fetus is smiling at us on the ultrasound.
If the prenatal care takes place in our institution,
then in addition to the examinations specified by our doctor, a maternity contract is required. This can be concluded at any time during pregnancy, but it is worth signing up for a maternity package consultation when our needs related to childbirth have been clarified.
An anesthesiology examination is required at the 37th week of gestation. Even if we are preparing for a vaginal birth. We strive for maximum safety, so every expectant mother is required to participate in this examination. This examination is mandatory even if the prenatal care does not take place in our institution.
Our institution is currently able to accept expectant mothers from the 35th week of gestation, as our premature intensive care unit provides a safe environment even in the case of difficulties in the first days and weeks.
If your prenatal care is not provided in our institution,
and you do not have a doctor of your choice at the institution, please make an appointment for a birth permit with one of our obstetrician-gynecologist colleagues online or by calling +36 70 659 8888. This is necessary so that we can prepare for your arrival and be aware of the status of your pregnancy.
If you have a doctor of your choice who regularly performs births at TritonLife Róbert Private Hospital, we do not need to issue a birth permit, as the specialist knows the information you need to know and is in constant contact with our hospital. In this case, a birth contract will also be required, for which it is worth arranging an appointment as soon as possible.
We have created a package offer for those expectant mothers who do not have their prenatal care provided in our institution. The PreBirth packages serve the purpose of including mandatory or recommended services before giving birth:
