Dr. Péter Mosonyi is a highly respected obstetrician-gynecologist and clinical geneticist, dedicated to supporting families through a safe and joyful pregnancy journey.

As the Head of the Fetal Diagnostics Division at TritonLife, he provides classical genetic counseling, Down syndrome screening (including NIPT), detailed fetal ultrasound examinations, and advanced invasive prenatal diagnostic procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling.

He is a leading expert in fetal neurosonography, recognized among the top three specialists in Hungary. His extensive knowledge and experience, acquired through prestigious international training programs, are shared regularly at both national and international conferences.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Mosonyi covers the entire spectrum of prenatal diagnostics—from genetic screenings and teratology counseling (on potential fetal risk factors) to safe execution of invasive procedures. He also specializes in investigating the causes of recurrent pregnancy loss.

Dr. Mosonyi combines the highest level of professional expertise with genuine empathy, patience, and personalized care, believing that every child's arrival deserves the utmost safety and dedication. He is a member of several Hungarian professional societies and the European Society of Human Genetics (ESHG). He holds a "C" level ultrasound qualification (MSzNUT) and is internationally accredited by the Fetal Medicine Foundation.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Mosonyi enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and cherishing quality time with his family and loyal dog — activities that keep him balanced and inspired in his mission to care for families.
